Our brethren and sisters and interested friends joined with visitors from Thailand, Philipines, Australia, Canada, India, New Zealand, UK, Malaysia and the fieldworkers together in Phnom Penh on the last day of 2017.
Our speakers are Bro Darren Tappouras and David Zammit from Australia. They Encouraged us throughout the week as we looked at two series of studies: "The Inner Man- Be Transformed” and “The Restoration of All Things”.
On Thursday 28th, was day 1 of the Bible School, we were welcomed and introduced to the program, and had two studies in the morning. In the evening, we also introduced to the Bethezer Dormitories and following by dinner and soccer there.
On Friday 29th, that was day 2 of the
Bible School. We started with the Bible reading and prayers. We continued our two
studies in the morning. Later in the afternoon, we spread into our cell group
called “BE MY
FRIENDS” for Lunch. It is all about friendship and sharing. In the evening, we were
on the boat for Sunset on the Mekong river, then dinner and dancing.
On
Saturday 30th, that was day 3 of the Bible School. We started with the Bible reading and prayers
and continued our two studies in the morning. In the afternoon, Bro Michael
Alesna and Felcris Dy come from the Philippines, share with us about lesson
“Maximizing preaching opportunities”. And continued our two studies. Later in
the evening, we had a Cultural night show.
On Sunday 31st, day 4 was the last day of our program. We
started with the Bible reading and prayers and continued our two studies in the
morning. In the afternoon. We had Sister
class and Men class program and followed by
Vision of the Kingdom. In the last evening, we finish our Bible School
program by Breaking of Bread and Worship. The exhortation being given by Bro Felcris
Dy. We thank God that we had the opportunity to encourage and share God’s word
and to meet each other and we pray that we can be united again when our Lord
Jesus Christ comes back.
