The BEC building serves several functions- it is the place the ecclesia meets, it is where the missionaries live and it is where Bible-based classes are taught from 6am until (at least) 7pm each day. How busy you are as an individual depends largely on how many other missionaries are available to help teach, as there is no shortage of students. Most of the classes are small in size, generally 1-5 students. These classes are normally centred around English teaching through the Bible (Or Bible teaching through English ;) ).
