me an laiy at angkor wat temple hello once again i have just arived back from the most frightful experience of my life, it goes as follows: me and laiy (one of the boys over here) went up to seam reap for the weekend (seam reap is where the angkor temples and land mines, of which both are famous, obviously for different reasons) so i thought its only 300 klicks, around the corner ya know, 300 kays up here is very far, as it took us 6hrs and the bus, which was last serviced never, did just go around the corner, but, overtaking another more decrepit bus who was overtaking a truck full of rice, who was avoiding the potholes. while us meanwhile we blasting our hour to warn all the other drivers around the bend, that we were coming, and when another bus came the other way, we had to somehow go faster (which was impossible as we were in neutral most of the time as the driver couldnt "double shuffle") to avoid hitting the oncoming bus (and the occasional cows that frequent these roa...

this is all we do over here :) G'day all, its ben here as i write to you today it is a nice winters day of 36 degrees and as humid as Brisbane, but im lucky as i have found some music on the computer and it comprises of slim dusty, and abba (thanks raj), so im happy as larry a bit about myself, im a boy from the bush, ive just finished studying a building course at TAFE and yer thats about it so Ive currently been in Cambodia for 3 weeks, and am loving every bit of it, from the mass number of people to do one job (for instance i saw 30 cops standing around a car the other day, wondering which person was going to give the ticket) to genuineness of the people new years day went off raj, don, una, loy and i went down to the riverside saw the fireworks, and half of cambodia was there. there were the official fireworks and the ones people shoot in the air, and they were going everywhere even in proples homes the other day i went to the royal palace with vanny (one of the young guys) and...
